The basics
Starting out
A live website generated from your business information, hosted and kept online, with the technical SEO work applied automatically. Paid plans add scheduling, a CRM that catches every conversation and form, email marketing, and on Growth an AI concierge that answers visitors around the clock. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Yes. The site, its content, and any domain you register are yours. There is no lock-in and nothing to buy back. On a paid plan you can export the whole site as a static archive and transfer your custom domain whenever you want, including after you cancel.
Your graded demo is ready in minutes, and most businesses are live within hours. You give Tilazo your business name or existing website address, it reads what is already there, and it generates a graded demo you can look at before deciding anything. Going live from there is a single step.
No, and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise. Content is drafted by AI from the business information you provide, grounded in what you actually offer rather than invented. You review the demo before it goes live, and you are the one who approves what gets published. If you want a person doing the work, that is the Custom plan, and it is sold separately.
One monthly price per plan with no setup fee, no per-seat maths, and no contract. Free is $0, Build is $49 and Growth is $99. Cancel any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Growth, plus us doing the work: a 1:1 onboarding call, your site set up for you, and a direct support line. It has no listed price because the scope differs for every business, so it starts with a call rather than a checkout.
Email support is included on every plan, and paid plans feature priority support. We do not publish a response-time guarantee, because we would rather commit to one when we can genuinely staff it than print a number that looks good.
Questions
About the website
No builder, no layout work. The site is generated for you, and the things that change — hours, services, photos, offers — are fields in your dashboard you can update whenever you like.
It’s mostly good technical SEO done well: clean HTML, structured data, and being cited by trustworthy sources. We grade our own site with the same tool that grades yours.
Questions
About SEO & GEO
No — and be wary of anyone who does. We do the technical work that genuinely helps you get found and report it honestly.
No. Getting cited by AI is mostly clean HTML, structured data, and trustworthy sources, so that is what we ship. We do not generate llms.txt: server-log studies find AI crawlers almost never request it.
Questions
About scheduling
You set each staff member’s hours and time off in Tilazo, so customers only see times you can actually take. It does not sync with Google or Outlook calendars.
Automatic email reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before each appointment, and customers can reschedule themselves from the email. SMS reminders are coming soon.
Questions
About the CRM
No. Leads from your site’s forms and bookings land in the CRM automatically, with their full history attached.
No. It’s a robust CRM with a simple surface: contacts, timelines, tasks, and automatic capture — all the power without the enterprise-tool learning curve.
Questions
About the concierge
No. It answers only from your business knowledge base — your hours, services, and policies. When it doesn’t know, it says so rather than guessing.
The AI concierge is part of the Growth plan. See the pricing page for what’s included.
Questions
About analytics
No. Analytics are first-party and cookieless — no Segment, no ad-tech. You get the numbers without the privacy baggage.
Because leads pay you. A phone call or a booking is worth far more than a pageview, so we put those first.
Paid-ads management is coming soon. Because analytics already tracks form fills, calls, and bookings as events, ad spend will be tied to real leads — not clicks.
Questions
Tilazo vs Durable
No. Durable’s strength is fast AI content generation, and you run the site from there. Tilazo generates the site too, then keeps going: every visitor lands in your CRM, an AI concierge answers questions and books appointments around the clock, and the dashboard counts calls, bookings, and form fills rather than pageviews. You never open a builder.
Yes. Your site and domain are yours with Tilazo — cancel anytime and take them with you.
Questions
Tilazo vs Wix & Squarespace
Yes. Submit your current URL for a free graded demo. Tilazo rebuilds it as a faster, higher-scoring site and shows you the difference before you switch.
No. Hours, services, photos and offers are fields in your dashboard, not a canvas you have to lay out. There’s no builder to log into.
Questions
Tilazo vs an agency
For the technical parts of a local small-business site, the output is comparable: SSR pages, structured data, sitemaps, and a graded score you can check yourself. What you don’t get is a strategist who knows your market and calls you about it. If that relationship is what you’re buying, an agency is the right purchase and we’d rather say so than pretend otherwise.
You own your site and domain, so you can take them anywhere. There’s no lock-in and nothing to buy back.
Questions
Tilazo vs GoDaddy
Yes. Keep your domain and connect it to Tilazo on a paid plan — your dashboard walks you through it step by step. Your site and domain stay yours.
Airo is a self-serve AI builder with add-ons you assemble and maintain. Tilazo makes it easy to launch an advanced modern website backed by a rich integrated suite of marketing tools in just hours.
