Terms of Service

Last updated October 25, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tilazo’s websites, platform, and services (the “Service”). When you start a paid plan, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy by completing checkout (a clickwrap agreement) — no separate signature is required. When you claim a free site or otherwise create an account, you accept these Terms by confirming your agreement at sign-up. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Tilazo is a self-serve platform that generates and hosts websites for local businesses, along with related features (SEO/GEO, scheduling, CRM, analytics, and, on eligible plans, an AI concierge). The platform generates your site from the business information you provide and keeps it online. You control what your site says and when it changes. Features included depend on your plan; see our pricing page.

Setup and ongoing changes carried out by Tilazo staff on your behalf are not included in any self-serve plan. That work is sold separately as the Custom plan and is agreed with you before it begins.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service only for a lawful business you are authorized to represent.

4. Fees, billing & cancellation

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). There are no setup fees.
  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price, until you cancel. We disclose the renewal amount and cadence at checkout and send an acknowledgment after your subscription starts.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

5. Your content and ownership

You own your site, its content, and any domain you register. You grant Tilazo the license needed to generate, host, update, and display your site while you are a customer. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for having the rights to any material you publish through the Service. On cancellation you keep your content. On a paid plan you can export your site as a static archive and transfer any custom domain you connected to it. Neither a custom domain nor the export is available on the free plan.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to impersonate others, to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, or to violate the rights of third parties. You are responsible for the content you publish and the messages you send through the Service and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. We may suspend the Service for violations, with notice where practical.

7. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence, for example drafting content and, on eligible plans, the AI concierge that answers visitor questions from your business information. AI output can be imperfect, and Tilazo staff do not review it before it is published. You are responsible for reviewing your content before it goes live and for its accuracy. The concierge is designed to answer only from your business’s information and to hand off to you when it should.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example, Stripe for payments, Google for business-profile and search features, and our hosting and AI providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue — anyone who promises a guaranteed #1 ranking is not being straight with you. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilazo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for non-payment or breach of these Terms, with notice where practical. You keep your site and domain.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; we will post the updated version here and update the “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practical.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
