AI assistants
Run your business from ChatGPT or Claude.
Connect the AI assistant you already use to your Tilazo account. Ask it to update your website, follow up with customers, check bookings or draft a campaign. It works with your permissions, and anything it sends to a customer waits for your approval. Reading and drafting come with Build; publishing and sending come with Growth.

Set up once, from your settings
Copy your connector link
In Tilazo, open Settings → My AI connections and copy the link: https://app.tilazo.com/api/mcp.
Add it to your assistant
In Claude, add it as a custom connector. In ChatGPT, turn on developer mode and create a connector. For Claude Code, create a personal token and run the claude mcp add command Tilazo shows you.
Sign in and choose a level
Sign in to Tilazo, pick the account and how much the assistant may do, then allow it. Revoke it from the same page anytime.
- Custom connectors in Claude.ai and ChatGPT need a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan.
- Account owners and admins can switch AI assistants off for the whole account.
You choose how far it can go
Every connection has one of three levels, and each includes the one before it. At no level can it touch billing, your team and their roles, account settings or phone numbers.
Look
Reads only. It sees your pages, customers, conversations, bookings, campaigns and traffic summary, and changes nothing.
Draft
Prepares the work. It writes page drafts, adds and tags customers, creates tasks and drafts campaigns. Nothing goes live and nothing is sent.
Act
Does the work. It publishes website changes and books or cancels appointments. Emails, replies and campaigns wait for your approval in Tilazo first.
What it can do
Your whole business, in one conversation
You pick which areas each connection can see.
Website
Edit pages, sections, images and site settings, get a private preview link, publish, and roll back to an earlier version.
Customers
Find and update contacts, tag them, add tasks and read their timeline.
Conversations
Read messages from your site and inbox, reply to website chats, and set their status.
Bookings
See your calendar, find open slots, then book or cancel.
Concierge & reviews
See what your AI concierge knows and the replies it flagged for you, and read your reviews.
Email marketing
Draft campaigns, build lists and segments, use your templates and send yourself a test. Sending or scheduling waits for your approval.
Jobs, search & automations
Check service jobs, notes and visits, your reviews, your analytics summary, and whether automations ran.
Things you can ask
Say it the way you would to a capable assistant
Built-in guided workflows show up in Claude as prompts you can pick: a Monday briefing, triage the inbox, draft a promo, who’s gone quiet, tidy the homepage.
A few more to try
Monday briefing
“What came in over the weekend, and what needs me today?”
Who’s gone quiet
“Which regulars haven’t booked in two months? Tag them and draft a win-back email.”
Tidy the homepage
“Our hours changed. Update the site, send me a preview link, then publish.”
Triage the inbox
“Go through new conversations, draft replies to the simple ones and flag the rest.”
Draft a promo
“Draft a spring offer for customers tagged colour clients and send me a test.”
Traffic check
“How many people visited the site last week, and which pages did they read?”
It works as you, and you see everything it does
Your permissions
It acts as the person who connected it, with that person’s role. Each connection reaches one account.
Sends wait for you
Before it emails a customer, replies to a conversation or sends a campaign, Tilazo asks you. One click in Tilazo approves it.
Every action logged
Everything it does is listed under Account settings → AI assistants → Recent activity.
Undo and off switch
Website changes keep their history, so you can roll back. Revoke a connection anytime, or switch assistants off for the account.
